H2Booster

Scientific research and medical use

Since 2007, more than 1,000 studies have been conducted worldwide on the efficacy of hydrogen therapy, particularly in Japan. In Japan, this therapy is already widely used in hospitals and ambulances. In Korea and China, hydrogen therapy was even used in COVID-19 patients in intensive care units in 2020, where it helped reduce damage from increased oxygen delivery.

How does the H2Booster work?

The H2Booster uses electrolysis to produce hydrogen gas, oxygen and electrically charged water vapor, also known as Brown’s gas (HHO gas). This gas mixture has several health benefits:

Hydrogen (H2): powerful selective antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and promotes hydration
Oxygen (O2): supports cell metabolism and prevents oxygen deprivation
Electrically charged water: provides additional energy and contributes to improved hydration

This combination naturally supports the body and allows its self-healing ability to function optimally.

Safe use and precautions

Hydrogen therapy is used successfully by many people worldwide, including in oxygen bars and wellness centers. However, there are some situations in which caution should be exercised:

  • People with suppressed immune systems (such as after an organ transplant) are not recommended to use hydrogen therapy.
  • Some users experience detoxification symptoms or mild symptoms in the beginning due to the sudden increase in energy. Therefore, it is recommended to build up the duration of inhalation slowly.
  • Avoid smoking and open flames while using the H₂Booster. Although the gas mixture is safe when inhaled, direct contact with fire may pose a risk.

How do you apply hydrogen therapy?

Hydrogen can be applied in four ways:

  1. Inhalation – the most efficient method, where hydrogen is absorbed directly through the lungs
  2. Drinking water enrichment – hydrogen is bubbled through water for additional health benefits
  3. Absorption through the skin – by applying the gas directly to the skin
  4. Hydrogen baths – by using hydrogen-rich water in a bath or footbath

For new users, it is advised to start with short inhalation sessions of 5 minutes and build up slowly. Experienced users can inhale for up to several hours a day. In Japan, hydrogen inhalation for serious conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and cancer is recommended even up to 6 hours a day.

The wide applications of hydrogen

Hydrogen therapy is used not only for chronic conditions, but also for:

✔ Faster recovery after sports and exercise
Improvement of skin and blood vessels
Reduction of stress and fatigue
Relief of inflammation and rheumatic complaints
Support of digestion and mental clarity

Each user experiences hydrogen therapy in a unique way, but the positive experiences speak for themselves.

For what does hydrogen therapy help?

Hydrogen therapy can provide support for a variety of health conditions and ailments, including:

Respiratory problems and lung COVID

Hydrogen has anti-inflammatory properties and can help with respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD and lung COVID. It supports lung function and can facilitate breathing.

Skin problems: cellulite and eczema

Because of its antioxidant properties, hydrogen therapy can contribute to healthier skin. It helps reduce inflammation and can alleviate symptoms of eczema and cellulite.

Anti-aging and neurodegenerative disorders

Hydrogen protects cells from oxidative stress, an important factor in aging and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

Chronic inflammation and autoimmune diseases

Many chronic diseases are caused by long-term inflammation. Hydrogen therapy helps regulate inflammatory responses and can provide relief from conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and intestinal diseases.

Cardiovascular diseases

Research suggests that hydrogen therapy has a positive impact on blood circulation and may help lower blood pressure and inflammation in blood vessels.

Sleep problems, stress and burnout

Hydrogen helps with relaxation and reduces oxidative stress, which can contribute to a better night’s sleep and more mental peace for stress-related symptoms.

Cancer and treatment support

Although hydrogen therapy is not a replacement for regular cancer treatments, studies show that it can reduce oxidative stress and support the body during chemo- and radiotherapy.

Fatigue and lack of energy

Do you suffer from persistent fatigue? Hydrogen therapy helps improve your energy levels by making cells work more efficiently and reducing oxidative damage.
